Seeking Partners
in the Fight against Cancer
In addition to supporting the continuing development of the NKBCI, the Naef K. Basile Foundation seeks to expand its positive impact on the fight against cancer in Lebanon. In that fight, the Foundation believes that a comprehensive approach is needed:
➤ providing the most advanced and effective treatment for patients,
➤ supporting holistic programs that address the full scope of patients’
and their families’ needs,
➤ enabling groundbreaking clinical and scientific research,
➤ raising public awareness of the need for cancer prevention and
early detection,
➤ providing state-of-the-art training for medical professionals, and
➤ supporting programs that provide financial aid for cancer patients
in need.
Any institution, agency, organization or program whose work falls within
the parameters described above is welcome to apply to the Foundation for a grant.
Please note that the Foundation's mandate is limited to activities undertaken in or for the benefit
of Lebanon, and the Foundation does not accept applications for the support of individual patients.
It is not necessary to have a fully developed proposal to make an inquiry. Feel free to contact us at
